Orthodontic Retainers
If you've had wisdom teeth removed and you are wearing orthodontic retainers, it is important that you don't leave them out for too long because you may get some relapse.
As soon as you can, try to put them in.
If the gums are too sore, then try again the following day.
They should fit without any problem, and they don't extend beyond the teeth, so gum irritation shouldn't be a problem.
